Call Center Enrollment Option
 
For those having difficulties with the enrollment process through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), there's a second option available to you and your client. Agents can enroll their clients via a three-way conference call with an FFM call center representative. The FFM representative will be responsible for collecting the agent's information and submitting the application. You will need to use your National Producer Number (NPN) as the agent reference when speaking to the FFM representative.

Note: Don't forget to collect the call center representative's name as well as the time of the call, the client's name and phone number.
