Before completing the agreement section, you must indicate if the applicant will validate the application via electronic or handwritten signature. Electronic signature - If the applicant chooses this option, the system will offer you an application agreement. Make sure the applicant thoroughly reads the application agreement and clicks inside the box marked, "I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND EACH AND EVERY PART OF THIS APPLICATION FOR INSURANCE." Print, sign and mail or fax application - If the applicant chooses this option, you will see a verification screen to let you know that the application is pending awaiting handwritten signatures. Please note the confirmation number. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above to access the application. Please print it and obtain the appropriate signatures.
