Residency
The first thing you will do to start an application is indicate if the applicant is a resident of South Carolina. If the applicant is a resident, you'll continue by entering identifying information.
If he or she is not a resident yet, but expects to be within 60 days, the system will automatically prompt you for more residency information.
Enter the anticipated move date of the applicant (month, day and year). If the applicant expects to become a South Carolina resident within the next 60 days, enter the South Carolina street address (street, city and ZIP Code). Enter the applicant's current street address (street, city, state and ZIP Code) and e-mail address (optional).
